Happy Halloween

Where did October go? I have been hesitating to blog as I don't have any pics loaded on my computer but will write anyhow. There have been so many beautiful Halloween cross stitch pics on everyone's blogs. Has anyone seen the new charts by LHN ? I have ordered the Poinsettia House . I just love the colours . My daughter went to school dressed as a present today . That's what she wanted to be. Was able to cover a box in her fav colour wrap (pink!) and wrap it around her in her wheelchair. I put curly ribbon in her pigtails ( which she never wears!) Looked really cute! They were doing all sorts of fun things at her school today. After school we are going to a Halloween tea that my friend is hosting for us and her 2 nieces. Should be fun!
My daughter says it is her last year to trick or treat( boohoo!) we will go out with her little friend and family tomorrow night. Hope to do some stitching today on my Christmas project.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone !

I'm just now getting caught up with your blog, and it looks like you've been very busy.

  3. Sounds like a cute idea being wrapped as a present. The ribbons in her hair must have added the real finishing touch. Hope you have a Happy Halloween, with lost of treats.

  5. My son is 13 and did not trick or treat, BUT he did hang out with us, dressed in a costume, and handed out candy! That is good enough for me! I like to think I've instilled the spirit of Halloween in him for all time, lol. Love the Halloween tea idea!
